No, you cannot use the IP-PIN from last year. The IRS will send you a CP01A notice with your 2017 IP PIN by early January 2018.
If you lost your 2017 IP PIN or didn't receive one yet, learn how to get one.

just an FYI :The Self-Select PIN is a random 5-digit number that you enter as your electronic signature when e-filing your return.
The IP PIN is a 6-digit number that the IRS assigns to victims of tax-related identity theft. More info
Follow these instructions to enter your 6 digit IP PIN or remove one that you accidentally entered.
