Yes. You can deduct part of the bill for the phone depending on how much of the time you use it for business.

While it is easiest not to mix the business and personal assets, most small businesses use assets personally as well as professionally.

When you do this, you need to establish a method that you can prove to the IRS as to what percentage of the time you use the phone for personal and professional.

If you use it 50% of the time for business, then you can deduct 50% of the bill.  If you use it 35% for business then you can deduct 35% of the bill.
