As you go up the cost chain the main difference between products is the amount of detailed hand holding you get through better and more thorough interviews. If you know what you're doing, you certainly can report the activities you've listed using Deluxe. If, for some reason, you want to upgrade you simply click on "Help" > "Upgrade TurboTax" and pay the price differential between the version you have and the version you want.
