The reason you are getting that message is because TurboTaxFreedom does not have any support, and when you click on the "What if I have a 1099 Misc" question it is as if you are asking the question to support. You can file your 1099 Misc with Freedom, you just need to continue through the process until it prompts you to enter the information for it. I went ahead and walked through the process and did not have any issues. Please see the screenshot I have attached.
