Get your taxes done using TurboTax
If you received unemployment it would be reported on Form 1099-G, here is how to add the form in TurboTax Online:
1. Sign into your Online account and select "Take me to my return".
2. Select "Federal" in the left side panel then select "Income & Expenses" at the top.
3. Scroll down to "Unemployment" and select "Show more"
4. Select Start/Revisit next to "Unemployment and Paid Family Leave"
5. Follow the onscreen instructions to enter the Form.
If you have already filed your tax return you would first need to wait and see if it is accepted or rejected. If rejected, you can go back and follow the steps above to add the form. If accepted you would need to wait until your tax return is processed and you have received your tax refund and then Amend the tax return.
