A few of the plans offered by Blue Cross Blue Shield are HDHP plans. If your plan is described by BCBS as an HSA-compatible plan, it's an HDHP. Otherwise, you'll need to contact BCBS to find out if the plan that you have is an HDHP and is HSA-compatible.
