If you have no 1099-Misc, you may delete it.
While in your return, type “1099-misc” in the Search box and then select the “Jump to” link. This will take you directly to the 1099-MISC Summary screen. Select Edit or Delete next to the 1099-MISC you want to change or delete.
If you’re deleting a 1099-MISC, answer Yes when you’re asked to confirm the deletion.
