No.  There can be only one Head of Household quite possibly the highest earner. The other will be single with dependents.

Here are the requirements:

  1. You need to pay more than half the cost to run your home (or the home of a qualifying parent) in 2017 (rent, mortgage, utilities, etc.) Only one of you can pay for "more than half". The other would be "less than half".
  2. You need to support a qualifying person.
  3. You were unmarried as of December 31, 2017

When you go through the Personal Info section, TurboTax will let you know if your situation qualifies you for Head of Household.
