Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Does your wife live with you in the US?  If she does, then are you SURE she is a Nonresident Alien (a resident for immigration purposes is different than a resident for tax purposes)?  The rest of my comments assume she is a Nonresident Alien for tax tax purposes.

You would probably file as Married Filing Separately.

In order to get through TurboTax, you will need to temporarily enter a fake ITIN, such as 999-88-9999.  When you get everything on the tax return finished, then you would go back and delete the ITIN.

You won't be able to e-file your tax return, so you need to print it out.  Where it asks for your spouse's Social Security Number (Line 3 of Form 1040) you need to write "NRA".  Then you will mail the tax return.

You may have the option to make an election to treat her as a Resident and then File as Married Filing Jointly, but then you would need to include her Worldwide Income on the tax return.  TurboTax does not have that election, so you would need to manually make that election.  If you are interested in that, you may consider going to a tax professional that is experienced with Nonresident Aliens.
