To start a tax return in TurboTax Online, you will follow the steps listed below:

Select the TurboTax Online product you want to use for your return and proceed.
- On the Create your account screen, set up a login for your return (if you haven't already created an account)
- After you've created the account, you can start working on the return as the program guides you through the interview.
- If you have already created an account in TurboTax Online, you will sign in to that account, and click on the link to start your return on your Tax Timeline.
