I made $4800 mics income last year I'm filing jointly with my husband. I was wondering if i needed to claim that on my taxes?

Yes, ALL of your joint income has to be entered on your joint return. You will owe self-employment tax of 15.3% for Social Security and Medicare as well as ordinary income tax. That 1099Misc gets sent to the IRS with your Social Security number on it--you have to report the income on your own tax return.
