If I received a 1099 MISC for $7000 for self employed and I am single. Do I have to file a return. I am confused because I read in some sites that if I earn less than $10,350 I don't need to file a return because it is less than the standard deduction. But I don't know if that apply to self employed with 1099.Thanks
