Thank U for your response. Yes I do have a detailed transcript for all payments made. I actually started paying on it in feb 2011. ( was seeking an OIC- got denied). I just bet the IRS is going to force me to pay off the remaining $10,012 in penalties & interest before they abate the penalty! Recommended
