We owed on our federal tax. We set up the payment arrangement through Turbo Tax and paid the initial fee. No payments have been made to the IRS and we're getting notification from the IRS. Can someone please let me know what is happening and why if i set up the payment to be withdrawn monthly through Turbo Tax site they aren't being paid. Thank you
