If you had insurance through the Healthcare Marketplace (you would receive a 1095-A) and your boyfriend claims you as a dependent, your 1095-A will go on his tax return any may affect his tax return.
If you were on Medicaid (you would receive a 1095-B) and your boyfriend claims you as a dependent, your health insurance would not affect his tax return, BUT it *MIGHT* affect your eligibility for Medicaid.
