I don't think you can use Deluxe online when you don't have a 1099-MISC. If you use TurboTax Online you would have to use Self-Employed.
Any version of TurboTax will handle the job where you get a W-2 with taxes taken out. Whatever version you use for your self-employment will also handle the W-2 job.
Yes, it's still self-employment, even if you have no expenses. You were an independent contractor to the person that you "worked for." You were not an employee, and the other person was not your employer, even though you "worked for" him or her.
