You can enter "Applied For" in the space for your spouse's social security number when you prepare the return (Personal Info tab) and then, after your print it for mailing, white it out or cross it out and put "NRA " (non-resident alien) in it's place so that you can mail your tax return. Your return cannot be e-filed without this number.
TurboTax will provide all the instructions for mailing your return including the address.
