Some states require you to enter your drivers license number to help cut down on identity theft. If you live in one of the following states, I recommend you call your state office and see if you need to take any further actions.
- Alabama.
- California.
- Illinois.
- Kansas.
- Louisiana.
- New York.
- Ohio.
- Virginia.
- Wisconsin.
If you do not live in one of these states then you are in good shape, and do not have anything to worry about.
