Please follow the steps below to update the mobile number:
Sign into your TurboTax Online account.
Go to My Account at the top, then select Account Settings.
Next select Security on the left side.
Click Edit next to the phone number
Once you open the Edit button, then click on change next to the phone number.
This will update the phone number for text alerts.
