1099-Misc for a class action settlement. Question of lost wages? I think the settlement was about potential inappropriate pay practices but not lost wages. Not sure?

I am not sure how to respond to the question of "was the money for lost wages?" I would say not but the law suit was settled do to potential inappropriate pay practices?
