Entering it into Box 5 (along with the other data on your 1098-T) is reporting it. TurboTax should know how to handle all that when you enter the data fields from the 1098-T and answer the followup interview questions.
You should phone TurboTax Support and speak to someone in person who can talk you through it and tell you how all that is going to flow from the 1098-T to your return. They open at 5 AM Pacific (8 AM Eastern.)
