Do I need to enter amounts paid for HMO if I have a bi weekly sum taken out of my paycheck PRE TAX to pay for this?

I signed up for health, dental and vision insurance through my employer. they withhold pre tax dollars from my check every month to pay for this insurance. Do I need to enter anything in the "Medical Insurance and HMO Premiums Paid" section of my state taxes?
