I spoke to a customer service rep today and she gave me a work-around for the desktop version (which you must have had to import the txf file):
- Go to the Investment Income section and Update the Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other section
- Select Edit for the institution you need to update
- At bottom of the window, select "Show Relevant Form"
- Manually enter the name in the Name of reporting financial institution line.
That worked for me. Best of luck!
