First things first, here’s how to upgrade to the Self-Employed version of TurboTax Online, as you will need it to file your Uber Income:

Once you’ve upgraded to a Self-Employed account, you’ll add your Uber income. Please refer to the following TurboTax FAQ for information on Where you enter your Uber income: (The follow this link in the FAQ will guide you step by step on how to enter both your 1099-misc &/or your 1099-K forms)

Use these steps to enter your income not reported on a 1099-K:
Type “self-employment income” in the Search box and then select the “Jump to self-employment income” link. This will take you to the screen that says, "Did you have any self-employment income or expenses?" from here you can continue on with the interview questions that will ask you information regarding your income from Uber.
