Many people have multiple accounts without realizing it. Did you use Online TurboTax in 2015, but don't find any evidence at all of a 2015 return in your 2015 Tax Timeline? If that's your issue, we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts.
Or do you see evidence of the 2015 return in the Tax Timeline, but it was prepared in Free Edition and access is locked?
