I have located my form 1095-a. How do I get it to the IRS? I am out of the country but have an electronic copy. Thanks!

Apparently this form should have been included when my taxes were submitted by you, along with a form 8962 (which was submitted I think. It's included in my copy). How do I submit this form now? I am out of the country.
