I have my own consulting business, but am paid in W2s usually by clients. Last year in TTax I was able to somehow link these w2s to my Schedule C, so I can use them as self employment income instead of 1099s.
I am a Federal subcontractor in DC, and most of the small companies that hire me use a W2 - I think it is because they get some kind of employment tax credit. But it is my own business with my own office and expenses, and need to link this income to my Schedule C. I did it last year but cant see in TT how to do it for 2016. Thanks for any help!
