Employer reported pre tax insurance premiums I paid for my spouse in box 10. Refuses to correct this. What can I do?
I pointed the error out to my employer but employer states the pre tax insurance premiums are reported in box 10. I told employer they belong in box 12 with code DD, but employer refuses to correct this. What can I do?
