If you have not yet filed your tax return you can edit the dependent's SSN.
- Sign back into your Online account.
- Click the orange button that says "Take me to my return".
- Go to Personal Info at the top then scroll down to the dependent's name and click "Edit".

Continue through the screens until you reach the question " Now let's gather (dependent's) Social Security Number.
- You can make the correction and proceed with the tax return.
