Get your taxes done using TurboTax
It sounds like you purchased desktop software and then mistakenly prepared your return at the Online website. Those are 2 different products.
Your download version was more fully-featured than the Online Deluxe version you ended up using. The download version has no form limitations, and has Forms Mode for viewing/editing of forms during preparation. And it can prepare multiple returns.
You will need to talk to TurboTax Support and tell them what happened.
If you are an Advantage member (annual subscription), log into your Advantage account and scroll down past the FAQ links. Near the bottom of the page you should find a special Advantage phone number to directly contact Customer Support.
If you are not an Advantage member, use the form at the link below to schedule a call back, or it may provide a number. Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days/week.
