I file my return through Turbo Tax on December 31, 2016. I received a letter from the IRS February 16, 2017 stating that they needed more information to process my return and to fill out and fax a completed Form 8962 and a copy of my Form 1095-A. I faxed them both back on February 17, 2017 and still have not heard anything back regarding my return or my refund. Any ideas if/when I'll EVER get an answer and/or my refund?
