When you are ready to file your return you can chose to mail a check in (a payment voucher will be generated and you can print that off), you can have the taxes directly debited from your bank account or charged to a credit card, you can go online to pay the IRS by going here: https://www.irs.gov/payments, or you can set up an installment agreement, visit the same website: https://www.irs.gov/payments
