Get your taxes done using TurboTax

That is helpful information now, but it is the responsibility of TurboTax online's payment processing to be designed not allow invalid dates for electronic payments.  Filing successfully, or at a bare minimum being notified of a rejection, is the reason for paying for a Premiere Account.  Neither happened.
I have yet to find a contact at TurboTax to speak to about this.  All support lines are focused on 2018 tax season and current accounts.  Any additional information would be appreciated.
