Thanks for your response. The refund was reduced and check included cents which I thought was strange. Usually it's always whole dollars.
I originally thought income was missing but double checked all my entries and nothing is missing. Also checked calculations.
I am now waiting for the formal mail copy and will have to contact IRS.
