I applied for a payment plan via TurboTax (download, not online) with the IRS, but I'm confused if I still need to go to the IRS Web site and apply?
Nowhere in my e-file status is this mentioned. I have not received a confirmation e-mail, or any other indication that I actually applied via TurboTax. An acknowledgement would be helpful. I also would like to check status, but don't know if TurboTax created a sign-in for me on the IRS Web site.
