How can I log into my account while having forgotten my password and not being able to verify my account because my phone number and address have changed?
I have forgotten my password, and when I was sent an email to reset it, I was asked to verify my account by either receiving a text, receiving a call or filling up some info.
I live abroad at the moment, so the cellphone number and address on file have changed, and I was unable to validate my account.
How can I access my account now?
Regarding the question below: I have used TurboTax Deluxe in the past from my iPhone. But this year I will probably be using the free edition online, as I lost my iPhone, I have a very low income and I don't have any states taxes.
