What happened to my one free state return filing and why can't I take screen print the screen such as my info about the filing events and backing up... That's a whole other stinking story it doesn't take you back a screen but back a whole topic. VERY VERY disappointed and disgusted with this years unfriendly Turbo Tax. It's more like Boat Anchor on the Sinking TITANIC Tax. You may not have me as a customer next year as this was SO VERY VERY PAINFUL, UNFRIENDLY, UNFORGIVING.
