Efile fails when TurboTax Business asks for update even when up to date.

When I click Transmit Returns to efile my state and federal return the application says there is an update available for TurboTax. I click Check for Update and the application says my installation is up to date. I uninstalled and reinstalled the application and am still getting the same error. This is an install on Windows 10. 

Any suggestions?
