I had the same question this year. The answer I found was that turbotax now lets you import direct deposit info too if you want to easily set up direct deposit for your refund into the account you are importing.
I did not actually try using the feature though. Personally, I decided I did not want my refund in that account so I simply did not import the direct deposit info and only imported the tax documents.
