There is no problem with TurboTax if installed correctly and there is no corruption in the download or files.

Corruption could have occurred in the Application or in an associated preference or support file. To uninstall the application and all associated files need to be deleted and then the application reinstalled. If there was a state then the state must also
be reinstalled.

I have see a couple of users that got a bad download from Amazon and it worked fine when they got a download from TurboTax.
