I've been trying to save a pdf of my tax returns. I've been googling and using TT help but I cannot get it done. I need more help.
I'm confused by the difference between the TT app and the TT website. I've seen recommendations to sign it to the TT website and follow certain directions but that never works. I've tried to accomplish this with the TT app but when I open it it is a blank slate. So I try the File menu on macOS and select Open Recent and select the .tax2016 file on my Harddisk but nothing happens.
