I was unable to finish my Illinois State tax return because the program said the forms were not complete. The man I spoke to at the Illinois Dept of Revenue told me he had filed his Illinois taxes through Turbo tax.
Through much scrambling, I found a message on Turbo tax saying there was a bug in the program. I was to uninstall Turbo Tax and reinstall the program. I was helped by a tech person at TT (I have the Premier program which allows for tech help.) She helped me reinstall the program and file my Illinois State Tax forms.
