As long as the states are installed, they will ALL update.
An "unofficial" way of deleting a state from your TurboTax program is to delete the form folder for that state. To do this:
- In Windows Explorer go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\TurboTax\Premier 2018\Forms
- Find the folder for your state. For example, nci_18 is for North Caroline; vai_18 is for Virginia, etc.
- Right-click on the folder and select Delete.
