Here is how you can add a form to your return to file!

Search, next to My Account, the form you're needing to add to your tax return.
- Select the Jump To option
This
will bring the form into your return. If you're version of TurboTax
does come with this form attached, you may be asked to upgrade. Not to
worry, though, the program will let you know.
