Go to FORMS mode, and in 'Forms in my Return', look for the Schedule B, Interest and Ordinary Dividends worksheet (screenshot).
If an entry is duplicated, you can click on the Magnifying Glass to jump to the data source (Form 1099-Int Worksheet) where you can Delete the duplicate entry.
DELETE FORM is at the bottom center of the form (screenshot).
