If I did not get my 1099-misc filed for independent contractors I paid by January 31st due to illness, can I get an extension without having to pay the penalties?
I have about 45 1099 misc to file and became ill and didnt get them filed by Jan 31st. Can I get an extension without having to pay the penalties?
