To access Form 8379 in TurboTax Deluxe enter 8379, injured spouse claim and allocation in the find box then select Jump to injured spouse claim and allocation in the Top Questions box. Follow the program prompts to enter your information. TurboTax will automatically include Form 8379 in your tax return based on the information that you provided.
