Unfortunately, you can't claim him. If he was not a full-time student (at least 5 months of the year), he is not your qualifying child because of his age (he is over 19). Even if he were in school, it might be difficult to say that he didn't provide at least half of his own support with that kind of income. Please see this link with more information: Qualifying
Child Rules
The other consequences (FAFSA, for instance), will be what they will be. But legally you will not be able to claim him, he must file an independent return.
