I followed link to delete return and start over. But I can't get to where I started before. How do I do that? This is a 2018 return.

It won't let me start over.  It only brings me back to where I was before where "I only have 2 more steps...." .  I can't release it to be filed the way it is, as I must make changes.  How do I know my info was really deleted?  How do I start over?
