I had to use the deluxe because apparently I am not smart enough to figure 10% penalty for a distribution. I work for a retirement company. I had the funds to pay for the state and free edition but because you FORCED me to use the upgrade I had to have the fee deducted from my federal. I know the IRS is going to take my refund and you are going to demand payment. I cannot pay $140 for your services all at once. I want to make payments on it.
I need this fixed. Your response will be the deciding factor whether or not I return to using your services and I have family and friends that use you as well.
